We eliminates the need for the upfront costs of web development by utilising ready made real

I already have a domain name, will I be able to use it?
If you already have a domain we will arrange for your domain to be transferred to our hosting
company at a once-off fee. When it has been transferred to us, we will manage it for you and
renew it when it is due. There is no change to domain name ownership as you will remain the
domain registrant.

If I choose a website template, won’t it look like everyone else’s?
Website templates are simply just layouts and styles. Once you choose a design, send us your
logo and/or promotional material and we will customise the website to match your business’
image.

I have a design in mind that I like, can you do this?
Yes. If you have a design you like, let us know and we will implement your ideas into your real
estate website.

How many pages do I get on my website?
We have different packages to suit the size of your business, click

What part of the real estate website can be customised?
We customise the header (using your logo, images and business name) and the website navigation.
All colours in the website will be changed to match your business’ image as used in your company
branding. This includes colours used in the menu, background, header, footer and content area.
If you don’t have a logo or promotional material then we will customise the colours according
to your preference. The colours of text can be changed as well.

What if I don't want text on my homepage?
Text is the only way that search engines can find you, and nowhere is it more important to
include text than on your homepage. We recommend designing around the text or we can make
the text graphically interesting by using links, titles and bullets.

Who is the owner of the domain name?
We register your domain name, e.g. www.yourbusinessname.co.za, on YOUR name. The domain name
remains yours even if you no longer make use of our services.

What other fees will I be charged?
The advertised monthly fee covers everything! Website design, hosting, e-mail addresses, search
engine submission and listing of your properties on 3rd party websites. For any additional

How long will it take to complete my website?
Within 10 working days once we have received your subscription form, proof of payment, logo and
welcome message (if any).

Can I manage my own website?
Yes, we provide you with a username and password, which gives you instant access to your agency
and property data. We provide you with an illustrated tutorial to assist you with adding, updating
and deleting of your properties. You may also contact us for support.

Can you guarantee that my website will get leads?
We cannot guarantee that your real estate website will get leads. The leads you get depend on many
factors such as market conditions. The leads our clients get varies. The longer your website is up,
the more it saturates search results, and the more leads you should get.

Do I need to install software onto my computer?
No, there is no need to install any software; all you need is access to the internet.

What happens to my domain name and e-mail addresses should I not renew my subscription?
If you decide to keep your domain name and e-mail addresses, an e-mail hosting fee will be charged.

How do I renew my subscription?
An e-mail will be sent to remind you to renew your subscription. Should you decide to renew
your subscription, send us an e-mail stating the subscription period of your choice and transfer
the appropriate amount into the ALLSA Internet Marketing (Pty) Ltd account. You may either pay
monthly or in advance.

How long before the expiration of my subscription do I have to renew my subscription?
We recommend that you renew your subscription at the latest 48 hours before your current
subscription expires.

I want to cancel my subscription and remove my real estate website from the internet, how do I do that?
You can cancel your subscription by giving us a month's notice and we will remove your website
from the internet. If you unsubscribe before your subscription expires, the balance of your
subscription will not be refunded.

How do I market my website?
A website is a 24/7 advertising medium and will work for you even when you are on leave, but
you need to let people know about your website. Include your web address in any marketing
material that you distribute. Get your real estate website listed in as many web directories
and local directories as possible. Advertise your website on your car, for sale boards,
business cards etc. Remember, a website advertise your real estate agency as well as your properties.

Do I load my properties myself?
You load and manage your own properties by using your username and password.

Can you load my properties for me?
Yes we can, at a cost of R15 per property. In order for us to load your properties, e-mail
us all the information regarding the properties as well as the images, to
info@allsaproperty.co.za. Remember to include the estate agency and estate agent’s
name with the property information.

I don’t know much about computers?
Do not worry. Very basic computer knowledge is needed to load and manage your company, agents
and property data. Once you have registered we provide you with an easy to follow tutorial.
All you have to do is read, click and type.

How many properties can I list?
As many as you like.

How many images can I load per property?
You can upload up to 12 images per property.

What image sizes are accepted and in what format?
We recommend JPEG images with a file extention of .jpg. Images must be 400 pixels wide
(keep aspect ratio). We will supply you with an excellent image resizer.

How much time does it take before my property listing appears on my real estate website?
Once you have added a property and clicked "Submit", your property is immediately available
for viewing on your website.

I do not see the appropriate city, suburb, category or subcategory to post my property under?
Please Contact Us and we will create a new city, suburb and/or category for you.

After I have posted my property, how will I know if someone is interested in my property?
Each time a prospective buyer is interested in your property they can either phone, e-mail or
SMS you. All your contact details are displayed on your property listing.

Why do I get timeouts when logged in?
When there is no activity from your browser for approximately 45 minutes, the server times out
your login session. This is to maximize the server performance and for security reasons. If you
get a session timeout, you can simply login again.
